Casa Carlotta

consists of two lounges, two dining rooms, a large kitchen and an office. There are nine rooms in total: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three triple bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom outside the room but for own use, a suite with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom and a dependance with a kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a triple bedroom with bathroom outside the room but for own use. Finally, the house has a garden, a barbecue and a parking space.

• The swimming pool, the ping pong table and the football and volleyball fields are shared with the other guests of Contrada Guido
• The sea is 1.5 km away (private access to our unequipped beach or to the equipped lido for a fee)
• The first supermarket and newsagent are 500 m away
• Initial cleaning is included, daily cleaning service is on payment
• Transfer services to and from the station or airport are possible and subject to a charge
• Dinner with a cook can be arranged on request and against payment
• For the sake of everyone’s peace and quiet we ask our guests not to make noise before 8 am, from 2 pm to 4 pm and after 11 pm.
