Casa Felice 1

the flat is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse that is not part of the main structure, it has an independent entrance and walking access to the swimming pool, it consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (it is not possible to join the two beds), a bathroom and a small garden with table and chairs and a parking space.

There are 4 beds available in casa Felice 1

• The swimming pool, the ping pong table and the football and volleyball fields are shared with the other guests of Contrada Guido
• The sea is 1.5 km away (private access to our unequipped beach or to the equipped lido for a fee)
• The first supermarket and newsagent are 500 m away
• Initial cleaning is included, daily cleaning service is on payment
• Transfer services to and from the station or airport are possible and subject to a charge
• Dinner with a cook can be arranged on request and against payment
• For the sake of everyone’s peace and quiet we ask our guests not to make noise before 8 am, from 2 pm to 4 pm and after 11 pm.
