Casa Felice 2

the flat is on the first and second floor (steep stone staircase) of a farmhouse that is not part of the main structure and is located above Casa Felice 1, it has a separate entrance and a walking access to the pool. It consists of a dining room with kitchenette, a sofa and a bathroom, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a quadruple room (with a double bed and two single beds) with en suite bathroom. The quadruple room is in the attic with parquet floor and there is perfect soundproofing between the two floors. The house has a car park.

The beds available in casa Felice 2 are 6+2

• The swimming pool, the ping pong table and the football and volleyball fields are shared with the other guests of Contrada Guido
• The sea is 1.5 km away (private access to our unequipped beach or to the equipped lido for a fee)
• The first supermarket and newsagent are 500 m away
• Initial cleaning is included, daily cleaning service is on payment
• Transfer services to and from the station or airport are possible and subject to a charge
• Dinner with a cook can be arranged on request and against payment
• For the sake of everyone’s peace and quiet we ask our guests not to make noise before 8 am, from 2 pm to 4 pm and after 11 pm.
